Subject: NEW Animation. Sci Fi Funk Episode 10. “Level 3 Citizen”. Created in Carrara

100% Carrara, rendered via the Octane plug-in.

A long campaign comes to a close. However there are many more episodes to come. Next year I shall be animating scenes from the film rather than complete episodes in the hope I can get some funding to continue the project. The next episode will have the second half animated, you barely miss a thing of importance.

Total time to make this episode is hard to say because I've been working on it off and on whilst waiting for renderings etc. However I would say I've been on it full time for a month and probably one to two months effort spread out over 5 years before that.

Hope you like it. The future is bleak but not without hope. :)

Loved the kit bashing to get all the different sets to work together.

Thank you manleystanley. I kit bashed the best - Stonemason and coflek-gnorg plus added my own "Blade Runner" pillars. :)

Nicely done. With all the great products out there it would be a shame not to find ways to combine and utilize for your specific vision! Well done and fun animation!

Thank you restif. 2015 will have me releasing selected scenes from the rest of the movie whilst I wrestle with learning more about the industry with a view to earning from this somehow. It might involve looking for work creating scenes or models for people long term, but I'll stick with the dream for 2015.

Was a while coming but it looked good!
I especially like the camera movement, and the motion-blur really adds to it.

Thanks. Yes, and now Simon Guard has added Object Motion Blur/Alembic support which I'm looking forward to incorporating as well.
