I can't find any good textures for Roxie. I bought poser 10 to get Roxie and love

the character but no vender texs to be found. Will she cross with any other character

like miki or some other. Any help would be great. Did get some great morphs in Roxie Plus.

 All these are using the default Roxie texture with some material room work.

All the renders of Roxie that I post use Amelia's textures.  The ones using eclark's Gwen use the dark Amelia texture. Amelia is well worth the money, though the morphs no longer work on Roxie 1.1, just the original version.  Textures work fine on both versions, though.

Again, I feel like I went into suspended animation or something and missed the launch of all this stuff, that's another character I've never even heard of and I'm on here quite a lot.  Even stranger, I just had to go through every page of Clarkie's downloads before I came to it - even though the upload date is a recent one.  I know they do it for free, but both Clarkie and Vilters really are hopeless at getting word out that they made something for Roxie.  There's a whole heap of stuff in there that I never knew about because I never saw them mentioned on the forum in any way at all.

Anyway, nice work Clarkie, Vilters, (and Amelia for the skin), but for crying out loud, try using the forum to promote your stuff once in a while instead of just using it for technical questions.  Don't assume that newcomers to the forum will automatically know to look in your downloads for Roxie stuff, because they won't.  It's like when I first came to the forum, I'd only been on the Poser forum a short time and I was under the impression that Clarkie was the only person doing stuff for Roxie.  That's why he was the only vendor (free or otherwise) that got a mention in that "Interview" I did with Roxie.  About a week after that, I was really quite annoyed because I discovered all the stuff Vilters had done for Roxie as well, so I wished he'd also got a mention because the idea was for Roxie to drive people to where her downloads are, but at the time I thought Clarkie was the only one doing stuff for her!

God knows why, but even Amelia's stuff can't have showed back then when I searched for it, and that's in the store!

EClark is a vendor, he deserves a bit more attention.

She does.  There are 4 skin colors - dark, medium, light and pale - and each skin color comes with 2 makeup options, with 2 lip options.  There are also 6 eye colors included, and 2 eyelash colors for the original Roxie lashes.

Cheers, and sorry about that, I don't think I'd even spoken to you on the forum at the time of the Roxie Interview, I had absolutely no idea you did Roxie stuff.
Regards your next Roxie item, I think we already got a hint of what it is, those Asian Dancer outfits?

I didn't think the character in your render was the one I saw the other thread, I thought it was another character altogether.  BTW, my apologies for the cockup in my post, I meant to say "And Virtual_World for the Amelia skin" - sorry about that, it's long past my bedtime!

That's no excuse.  If you're offering the thing here for free then obviously you're allowed to promote it here (unless I'm missing something), but you didn't, someone else did.  Just seems a bit pointless and a waste of energy to make this stuff for people, to offer it to them for free, and not even tell them it exists.  I haven't made anything for Roxie yet, but when I do, you can bet I'll post a thread to let people know it was released and uploaded to freebies, otherwise what's the point in making it available?

 Well, truth is, Pumeco that Glitterati3D simply beat me to the punch. I posted the Gwen freebie on that Friday afternoon. It takes Rendo about 24 hours to release it. i had been up all night waiting for them to do so, and kept checking on it, but finally I said screw it and went to sleep. When I woke up, Gwen had been released and Glitterati was announcing it to the world.

Well I've not downloaded her yet but I will once I get to reformat and free-up some space.

Was just thinking actually, between you and Vilters I think I can count the total I've downloaded so far, on just two fingers.  I downloaded your "Roxie's Bodysuit" when I was going to do either a render of her stealing something or culling a certain DAZ character (but never got around to doing it).  And I downloaded Vilters' "Roxie Roman" to do a render that time.  I wish Vilters would create stuff more everyday usable though, I look at his downloads and the only ones I think I'd use are those leather ones because the others stuff seems highly theme specific.

Like I said in my previous post, I suspect Vilters' next one is going to be those Asian Dancer suits, but personally I reckion he'd be better off doing the baggy pants and hoodie that Natalie Imbruglia was wearing in that Torn video.  Not sure how that would work with rigging/conforming/bending though, looks like baggy, loosely worn clothes might be a nightmare to do for a Poser figure because it would cross over itself when bending arms and legs.

 I've got several clothing items for Roxie about to come out. It wasn't my intention to release them all together like this , but I've been having texture problems myself dealing with Roxie and her clothing. These are not freebies, but I have a coup[le of those I'm thinking about too.

I see the threads you make, trying to make sense of the technicalities - you've got more patience than I have!
