I've noticed lately that a lot of thumbnails when browsing a friend's public wishlist, don't show. Have attached a screenshot to show. It's quite annoying as the blue links are quite difficult to read on the grey background (and speaking of, is there ANY way to change those???) and I tend to go by the thumbnails to choose a product to gift. 

I'm using chrome, if that makes any difference?

oh! yes, i have AdBlock for Chrome. That stops thumbs from showing???

Hmmm I disabled it for Rendo, but the thumbs still don't show. Some do, a lot don't. 

Yes, an ad blocker will stop thumbs from showing.

Can you please be sure it is off and check your other settings as well?  We have not had any other reports of this issue and all of us in the office use Chrome but see all of the thumbs as we should.

Please let me know after you have triple checked all of your setting and ad blocker/s if you still are having this issue.

i was wondering too... and saw this post. ofc i tried disabling my adblocker, no difference - but i already thought the problem is somewhere else.

#1: either the vendor has the possibility to submit different thumbs for different pages, and some didn't do it for the public list
#2: or there is an issue with some images.

i think it's #2, if you right-click on a visible thumb, copy the image's url and open it in a new tab, you'll see the original. if you do it on an invisible thumb (link or img-break pic), when you open the url you get this error msg:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getSessionCount() on a non-object in /rn1/renderosity/builds/production_1419007539/element/insertnumusers.php on line 19

no clue what that means though ~ i don't know php.
but i also have the plugin "thumbnail zoom plus" (firefox) which opens a view of any thumbnail on any site, and when an original image doesn't exist any more, like often on goggel images, i see an alarm triangle... this happen here too on the invisible thumbs.

EDIT: looking at my public wishlist again, it irked me... and made me curious. so i inspected it again. lol.

no idea why people can store their thumbs in different folders, maybe some items were created before a big server change and others later and thier images didn't follow the new folder structure or something. i think my two wishitems here are even from the same vendor ~

hey... i tried something, no idea why i didn't before:

if you change/cut the url of the faulty thumbs to make them similar to the visible ones, THE ORIGINAL PIC IS VISIBLE!

no idea how tech support can change this on a big scale though. and writing the vendors to check their pix might only be doable if they don't sell 200+ items ~

yeah ok, maybe i should get a life, lol. naah, i have a cold, and i'm too lazy to get out by 0°C, plus i'm on holidays until monday XD. there are only so many 3D scenes my ensneezed brain can build before collapsing behind my puffy eyes, and so many episodes of Dragon Riders i can catch up with ;)
