There's a free app called PoseRay that will create 4 flavours of U/V maps in it's Materials Tab. Load the model and select the parts you wish to map (one at a time) in the Materials Tab and then click the UV Tab and you're off to the races. I has the option to save out in .bmp as well.

I do uv map tobe image,but not well
