No. Have you tried? You would be doing it already.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
You can use any camera and in fact every light has a camera already parented to it (for shadow map generation).
However, attempting to take a camera that already has some automation, such as the face camera, and parenting it to something else than the "current face" may cause grief that isn't worth trying to explain.
Any of the "usual" built-ins can be parented without any unexpected side effects. (main, dolly, aux) You can also make new cameras dedicated to whatever.
I once made a pair of cameras to demonstrate stereo rendering, that were parented to the main camera. You could then animate the main camera for a movie, and re-render with the stereo cameras to make the stereo version.

Outstanding. I want to parent a camera to a "ring light" (read mesh light) for use in Reality/Lux. The camera needs to be at 0,0,0 so that the prop is in the correct position, I've never tried to "zero" a light and I'm not sure how to get it into the required position. There doesn't seem to be any Translation controls for the cameras.
Can you make a walk path for a camera? Or I suppose you could parent a camera to an "invisible" figure, and make a walk path for him?

The dolly camera DollyX, DollyY, and DollyZ are precisely the position of the dolly camera viewpoint. The same holds true for any dolly camera you would make. Orbiter cameras also have those parameters, but they move a reference point that the camera is looking at (note - this is not the orbit center).
However, I think you may be looking at this the wrong way. It makes as much sense to parent the mesh light to the camera instead of the camera to the mesh light. In which case I have no idea what use you have for the Poser light in this situation. But if you want a Poser light as well as the prop mesh light, then parent the poser light to the camera, too.

A little amusement for demonstration.
I set the dolly camera position to 0, 0, 0, and all rotations 0.
I made a spotlight positioned to 0, 0, 0 and all rotations 0. Then I moved the light up (Y) 5 inches.
Spotlight set to inverse square falloff, intensity 200. This is my camera "flash".
I parented the spotlight to the dolly camera. Now the light moves with the camera and behaves like the camera-mounted light on an SLR.
The quality of the light is very much reproducing what you see from such photos.

Can a Poser camera be parented to another object/figure?
