rowlando, your subject line is truncated and unreadable.

Can you give us a clue what kind of product your speaking of?

I have a 3DCI product I purchased - a merchant resource materials file - and I might be able to help you, but I don't want to send you down a rabbit hole guessing.

Hi Glitterati3D

Yes sorry I did not inform clearly, so here goes it again. I purchased a Runtime Installer use with Windows 7 the folder it was kept in is named 3DCI and held contents one of which has a path like this "C:InstallerRuntime Installer.exe"

All my files relate to desktop icons only, all within the desktop folder, but non will work because the C: drive was changed. Thus I lost the program.

I do however have a large backup of all zip files I have downloaded, but I cannot remember the zip name.

I hope this makes sense, I cannot find emails related to the purchase, due to it being so long ago, something like 2 or 3 yrs so I am trying to find the creator in the hopes of getting the zip name.

As is the case with a lot of zip files they either have the creators name plus its content name or an abbreviation of it, I was sure it was 3DCI, thought it was a member name but cannot find it in the member search.

Any help would be nice if possible Cheers Rowlando

OK, I think I'm lost.  But let me make a suggestion....

You purchased it here?  If so, then it will be in your Items List.  Just go to Members>My Account and click on the Item List.  You can then search by vendor and perhaps the name will jump out at you.  Even if you have to page through your item list, you can at least find the name of the program and a link to the catalog page.  You should also be able to re-download the zip file from there.
