How can I copy bpy data from info window, into a text file?
The only option I found is to save as blender file. Or how to copy and paste?

Then, can I re-enter the data into python console?
I have blender 7.23 and debian 6.

If you click on each line of text that you want to copy in the info window and press "Ctrl+C", you will then be able to paste using "Ctrl+V" into either an external text editor or you can open Blenders text editor and paste it into that.

Instead of clicking on each line, you can also box select with B, or select/deselect all with A. Other than that, as Keppel said above. Copy and paste via the clipboard.
