I am not able to duplicate the problem as I added the grab bag to my cart first and then a product, checked out and my free product was there.

I bought some things this morning with no problems but now my last two orders (both had grab bags in them) didn't work or didn't get registered or something. First item was Sabby-Dottie & in my purchases it only shows Dottie & the grab bag itself. That's it. The one I just put through was P3D Eva & the same thing happened. Just the one product (Eva) & the grab bag itself. Also both purchases do say Paid. Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
