Subject: Grab Bags Not Working?

I bought some things this morning with no problems but now my last two orders (both had grab bags in them) didn't work or didn't get registered or something.  First item was Sabby-Dottie & in my purchases it only shows Dottie & the grab bag itself.  That's it.  The one I just put through was P3D Eva & the same thing happened.  Just the one product (Eva) & the grab bag itself.  Also both purchases do say Paid.  Any help would be awesome.  Thanks in advance.

I am not able to duplicate the problem as I added the grab bag to my cart first and then a product, checked out and my free product was there.

Please look through the products and let me know which 2 you would like and I will gift them to you. You can send me an email with the name of the products or links to them:

I'm having a similar problem.  I AM getting notes on the invoices saying that I have purchased a grab bag item, but there's no indication as to what the GB items actually are.

Hello,

You will see the free product in your order, it will be the one with the $0 amount.

We are fixing the grab bag right now though so please wait to check until I come back in here to let you all know everything is okay :)
