Subject: Blacksmith problem.

I don't know where to put this. I already posted in the Blacksmith forum, but I'm afraid it's going to get ignored there.

Blacksmith stopped working for me. I'm getting an error:

So everything is watermarked. I'm already connected to the internet, so that's not working. I tried reactivating my license, that isn't working either. I'm getting another error message:

I could REALLY use some help with this.

Hello Laura,

Your question/issue was answered in the Blacksmith3D forum, but I've pasted the info below in case you have missed it. Please note that forum posts are never ignored, and are typically answered in one business day (M-F), with the occasional exceptions being holidays, vacations, or for being sick. 

 

I'm sure you already have, but first please make sure that  you have extracted all the files in the zip with the "use folder names" checked. The file path structure is important to make sure registration works properly.

Then, ONLY put your version 6 registration key in the top 'registration' (first) field and nothing in the second "upgrade" field. That should resolve any registration issues you are having. If not, please send the details of your operating system along with info on any anti-virus, anti-spyware or firewall that you are using to info@blacksmith3d.com so that we can be of further assistance.
