Subject: Butterfly Dress from Supernova is having Mesh Issues

Ok as the title states, the butterfly dress that supernova made is having mesh issues.  I tried to contact supernova but still no reply.  What is happening is the Def Morphs are messing up the mesh with the collars and sleeves as well as when I try to lower the collars down, it disappears or it gets larger which I have no idea why it is doing that.  If anyone knows the answer to this, please help. Thanks.

If it's a mesh issue, short of you taking it into a modeler and attempting to clean up the mesh yourself, I'd say the only thing you could really do is contact the vendor to get their help.

Morph issues can come from meshes, but also from the bones, or the magnets, or the dependencies.
All depends how the morphs are build in the first place.
Tja, your only solution is to try to get in touch with the vendor.
