I swear, I'm this close to calling it quits with this forum.  It's kind of obvious to me now that the Renderosity Site Admins don't give a damn about us or this forum. I've got other stores, and forums where i can get the answers and things i need or want, and with far less frustration,  so I'm going there.  I'd say I'll miss you all, but let's face it, most of you are all posting over there too so I won't bother. See ya around.

Yeah, about 4 years ago. Other companies can't keep up now ;) I think that  company that holds the distinction now begins with an 'H'. EDIT: At least on my mac and Safari, I can do multiple edits without the previous post disappearing. Still eats carriage returns though.

The one major problem with all the websites is change for the sake of change.  Rather than getting something to work the way it was envisioned, somehow the script kiddies find it easier to change the whole thing.  They won't admit that what they put up was a kludge, but instead "NEW!"  Which it isn't, "IMPROVED!", Which it isn't.  If they were honest, "FUBAR!", and nobody would even bother.  "SNAFU!" would also be a good description, but attract few customers.  Such is life in the digital world.

No complaint with OP who posted many engaging threads and doesn't owe anything to anyone but this is an example of why the "greek chorus" fad at the moment is proving so frustrating. Don't assume everyone knows what the problem is - please explain any problems so everyone understands and if known also make suggestions on how to fix it.
