Hi there, just bought Star's MEGA Wardrobe and there are no Material files for the textures in the Poser version for this product.

Looking in the file structure there are ones for a different product called OOT Mini Cheongsam.

Obviously there has been an error and this will be updated as soon as possible for me to download.

Any chance of something happening, it's been over an hour now and not even a "we have informed the vendor" message. In fact I have informed the PA myself, but no doubt because your site mail is messed up, they haven't seen it.

Yes, it does need an updated file, please check the runtime for the Materials section and you will see that it  totally wrong.

You already have the files as they will have had to have been put through your tester for the product to have passed the QAV, so I don't see how the wrong Materials folder could have been place in this set in the first place without it being noticed

Hello Richard. 

You are correct. The file does indeed need to be updated. Our store staff does not check these types of files, I am the one to do that as I am the testing manager here. :) I have checked and the file has been requested from the vendor. As soon as that is in place we will let you know so that you can use the product as intended. I take complete responsibility for this and will be sure you have a working product as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

About nearly 19 hours now.......... and no update as yet.

Please understand that due to RL issues for vendors or time zone differences, etc we give them up to 72 hours for response but it rarely takes that long but we will let you know as soon as possible.

And in RL, you have my money and I have not got the product I paid for. You already have the files, as they are given out to your testers, so all you need do is replace the files.

I have been a vendor here in the past, so I know how it works.

The vendor has not yet been online. He has not read my sitemail either. :( Sometimes he does have issues that knock him offline. Would you like to wait for the update or request a refund? The files that the tester has also does not have the correct folder. If they did I assure you that I would get that replaced on the product so that you could download it. As soon as it is possible, we will put the new file up for you.

Interesting....... If the tester did not have the correct folder...... How did it get through QAV?

When I was a vendor, you uploaded the files, it went to the tester, and even if there was something wrong in the read me it came back to you to change.

There is NO way that this should have got through testing in the format it is. Whoever did the testing needs to be replaced as they have not done the job they were given.

How could they have checked out the various materials?

How could they have checked out the options to change the length of the top and pants?

Sorry, but this is very badly done and as a tester for another site I know what does happen with real QAV, is something is wrong it is sent back with the instruction about it, not a repaired file.

I will wait for the product, but not for another 24 hours. I had intended to have a set of textures out for this and have had a load of wasted time due to a so called tester no doing their actual job.

The other thing I remember was that if the files passed, they were automatically uploaded to the store, the vendor did not have to do this as the files supplied were used. So yet again, I would have quite a long talk with the person who didn't do the correct QAV and find out what their excuse is and then get rid of them.

We have issued you an in-store credit for this purchase as I have not yet heard back from the vendor. They do have 72 hours to respond, but I realize you do not want to wait that long. Please check your sitemail.

If you were a vendor here then I'm sure you are aware of our 72 hour window In case something keeps you away for a day or so. Sometimes things like illness or tragedy or other serious life issues might come up as we are ALL humans so we can't be expected to be perfect. 

I went ahead and approved the refund for you as I think that is best for all since you are so upset at the tester (who, by the way, admitted in this thread that she made a mistake and took full responsibility, apologized for it and that's about all we can do). and now the vendor and I'd rather not have them be criticized in this manner. Things happen in life, we all mess up and as long as we learn from it, there's no life or death problem that arises from the mistake. I would hope no one would ever "get rid of" a valuable employee over a mistake, that's quite harsh and surely you've made one or two in your lifetime at a job position you've held in your life:) I know I have and in all my 50 years don't believe I've met a person that hasn't.   We learn from mistakes and as long as we own them (which is exactly the case here) then all is good.

So you should see the refund already in your account and we will deal with the vendor on the files needing updated but this matter with your order is now closed.
