Subject: Skin textures for V4 Bodysuit?

Are there any realistic skin textures for the DAZ V4 bodysuit?  My MAT creation skills for something like are pretty limited since the Bodysuit maps don't match up with the V4 textures very well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Puppet warp in Photoshop? Probably would not look too nice but would do the trick. What is the reason you need a skin map on the body suit?

Not familiar with the Puppet warp (only have Photoshop elements,  not the full version.)

Creating a bodysuit disguise that someone is putting on.  Would like to have a different person's texture on it.
