I also did not receive my confirmation email for my purchase yesterday - # 112724677. I have kept every one for 15 years sorted and filed in my email program. Please send the receipt with the proper title so I can sort it. Thanks. I can't print out the one from my account because I need it in my email saying from Renderosity.

Additional info (if anybody from Renderosity reads this):
I didn't receive any notification for PilotHigh's post either (yes, "Notify?" is checked, it's just below the box I'm typing in). I just came looking because I wondered not having had any reply since Friday, if only a "we'll check that" (yes, I know, weekend and all).
And didn't I receive any Renderosity newsletter since the incident, although you guys tend to be quite verbose... Lo and behold, there is indeed a newsletter ("Don't forget") in my sitemail which I didn't receive by e-mail. Coincidence?
Could it be the whole mail server of Rendo is down?
It actually seems to be more complicated than that: I just made another purchase, got again the double error "Message not sent". As expected, I did not receive any order confirmation e-mails once again, but I did all of a sudden receive a newsletter ("Magical new release") and a wishlist alert, which weren't there just a minute ago (I had just checked my mail). Note both e-mails were dated from yesterday. Seems my purchase triggered them.
There definitely are Gremlins in the Renderosity back office; During the checkout, the Prime alert on the last checkout page ("add $ to your cart") was broken, it only started working again after I finished my purchase (Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it...).
Okay, me speaking to myself apparently, but for the benefit for those who wondered too: I just made another purchase and got the traditional two confirmation e-mails from Renderosity once again. And I do receive the newsletters again since my last post just above.
One might assume that the problem is fixed (at least partly).

About one hour ago I made a purchase. After clicking on "submit", I saw for a second an unexpected blank screen with just 2 text lines: "Message not sent / Message not sent". Besides that the purchase went well, and I've already downloaded my items.
The problem is that one hour later, I still have to receive the traditional two confirmation e-mails ("Order Confirmation" and "Payment for Order"). Usually they are instantaneous. I guess that's what those "Message not sent" errors meant...
(My last purchase was 2 days ago and I did get the confirmation e-mails, I also received this morning the "Will you take advantage" newsletter. And then there was this quite explicit error message during checkout.)
Could you please fix this?
(BTW, posting here is difficult; First try I got a pink "Sorry! Invalid request. This event has been logged." error...)
