Subject: Shaders Raydream TO Carrara ?

hello! The same question like deadboy : How do you install the Raydream shAders in Carrara I am on mac Thanks all

I don't think you can directly import them into C. You need to open a RDS scene file (with the shaders applied to objects) and then add them to Carrara from the scene.

Here is how I did it: Place about 12 spheres in RDS. Apply your shaders to the spheres. Save the file as .RDS Open the file in Carrara and pull the shaders from the spheres to the shader palette. Clint

Oh man... I just downloaded some Ray Dream shaders today! Haven't tried to use them yet. I thought all that RDS stuff would work with Carrara. Since I don't have RDS, I guess that was a waste of time... sigh

All right thanks all ! me to I have not Ray dream and I search a solution to have textures to Carrara.I will try solutions & will say you if it works. I am deseperate to create fast textures in Carrara, it is really a BIG BAZAR isn't it . Or maybe someone will be able to explain simpli the fonction of texture . I search also a english teacher to talk to you better than that. sorry bye bye JJ
