Has the second coupon been released yet for those of us who have used the first coupon?

I received an email for the first coupon and used it.....but I haven't received anything regarding the 2nd coupon...

Looking forward to getting the second coupon :)

Hello,

You should receive the next coupon at some point today as it was sent out at midnight last night.

You will receive the one for Saturday on Saturday.

Coupon?  What coupon?  I never received a coupon.

You had to use the first coupon in the chain, if you did not...you will not receive the other codes.
