I can help you out. This is a promo for Blackhearted and Synthetic's Pro Studio light package. An excellent light package too. Give them a site mail and I'm sure they would help you out about the armor.

Soul Taker.  Buzz Off.  No one likes being trolled.  I'll write my posts the way I like and I don't care if you don't like it.  I neither want nor desire your approval.

EportsCreations :  Thank you.  I've taken your thoughtful advice.  I've contacted both Vendors.  I don't know how often either Vender frequents or comments in the forum but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hey Rob.. If I had to take a guess, Id say that Gabe modeled this for his own personal use.  I could have sworn I remember seeing this set in the store.. but it was so very long ago.  A couple other artists come to mind when I look at this, Mec, Val3dart ( though their name was different back then) Xurge - all made similar items, just not the exact replica.

This is what leads me to believe it was not "packaged content.  Pity cause that helmet is awesome.

Im guessing you are looking for older figures.. and if so, there is a nice hoplite pack at daz for the old m3.. and it has potential with proper texture maps.

According the DeviantArt posting, Blackhearted said it was a project he was working on.  I can only think he abandoned the project or just kept it for himself.  It's totally awesome and yes, I'm looking for it so I can use it in a period piece.  I found close.  I mean I've found close all over the place...but just not this.  Look at that plume, That perfect helmet, That cracked shield.  It's a spartan/roman mix and I totally want.  Sniffle.

Thanks, Chevybabe!  I appreciate the help and the link to his D.A. Page.  Btw the Mec45 Hoplite soldier for the G2 Male is close.  It's bad ass alright.  A bit pricey (a lot pricey) but still close.  I might have to wait until next months PC coupon kicks in...though hmmm, they have 20 percent coupon that might still be in effect...
