Here is the python script page to take a Poser scene or character into Blender cycles.  There have been several users doing this. It has great results, but I haven't tried it yet.

Hopefully he'll switch to CCSycles (allows Cycles to be used independent of Blender) before too long. There's already a version for Rhino 6 WIP :)

For poser content stills I use Cycles almost exclusively but I am using the bridge from Daz Studio Pro.

I get Faster and(IMHO better looking) results than Daz's new Iray because I dont have the required NVIDIA card for IRay.
