Ok I have been searching but no  luck.

I need a HDR cherry blossom image for a dome. But I cant seem to find them.

I remember sometime ago someone mentioned there is a program you can get that will make a photo into the sphere map for a dome...but I cant find that post now.

I do not need the light prob mirror ball, I need the stretched out Dome map.

I have googled, I have googled cherry blossom HDRI maps...which I found a few pictures but not the stretched out map...and it doesnt work very well on the dome....

Online Now!

You might be thinking HDRShop which can do the conversion.  However, it is no longer available for free; you would need to purchase a license.

For a dome, a high resolution panorama map should be adequate.  HDRI is better if you intend to use the dynamic range with IDL.

What do you mean by HDRI map not working well on dome?  No elaboration about your results.

It was picturenaut but it...is driving me nuts. Its for an evirodome and the images I have do not fit it so that it looks...well....natural.  I was hoping someone new where to find some nice images that have been made to fit domes in 3d programs
