Hi Clive this is again a great idea for the new challenge with many possibilities. Thumb up everybody! :)
@ Jeff: A very original start of you, more something for "thumb down", and I have a great laugh here!
Let those containers please remain closed, although if you were going to dig, I am very curious whether you would indeed see containers.
So, where's your proof, Jeff, or did you bury them yourself?
Anyway, a cool first post and shot, my friend. :D
Thank you, Tara. I was thinking of you when I saw this oil cans, and was sure, you could make this picture a lot better. :D
Now I must say, the light was very bad, and I had some problems, 'aiming' good from a distance, there were so many people always in front of my nose. :)
But I recognized several too from my childhood, as my father had a Harley Davidson, and behind our house a kind of workshop, to create many hobby projects, and tinkering with its motors.
WOW, Christian, that second one is so very lovely to me! I love the way of smoothness and that background colour behind it. I hope you put it also on your gallery, my friend.
That first is a really big one all together, and perfect in a row.
Wishing you all a great new week (in your own containers :D).
Hi all, is it just me and my provider (Ziggo, unde a d-dos-attaq) or does nobody recieve mails telling a friend that you follow did a new upload ?

Hi Juliette,
It's not Ziggo, for me it's the same, and I know that a lot of our friends are disappointed by the changes on RR. There are some topics where the members complain about all what's going on. I guess you could find them by click on Community, and then by forums, or news. I don't know. Ik hoop dat dingen weer 'normaal' zullen gaan worden. ;-)
That are very nice containers Priska. I like the colors of the second one.
@Juliette
I don't like the gallery changes also. I've had also problems to upload an image. But now i was able to upload a new one.
But i don't like it that we now have to upload a thumbnail also.
In the forum some users quit ReRo already. I hope that it runs better soon.

I love your entries, dear Priska; great idea too.
Well, I was searching very long, and with help from Karel I found the challenge (almost on the end).
And now my last here.
It is an old coal-scuttle. There in earlier times they scooped it full of coal to place beside the coal stove.
I can still remember that we had at home a long time ago, outside a very large wooden box with a lid, and there were a lot of coal (ovoids).
Very nice capture Jacomina.
Here is my last one for this challenge.
Can you guess what it is?

@Jacomina and Priska
You are right. It is a chip for a supermarket trolley. This one allowed it to use a plastic chip also ;)
By the way: i found the trolley far away from the supermarket. I think someone probably brought it from the supermarket (no it was not me ;-) )
Very nice capture Clive. Have you take this one out of the car?

@ Christian,
So it wasn't you. Ha, will we believe it, that you haven't taken this supermarket trolley home? For it's so easy to transport your heavy camera, right?
@ Clive,
Very impressive to see this long road and great view, plus this large container-car, Clive. I think I see a little piece of your car, so presumably you drove on this road too.

Container
A container is a basic tool, consisting of any device creating a partially or fully enclosed space that can be used to contain,
store, and transport objects or materials.
In commerce, it includes "any receptacle or enclosure for holding a product used in packaging and shipping".
Things kept inside of a container are protected by being inside of its structure.
The term is most frequently applied to devices made from materials that are durable and at least partly rigid.
