little by little things seem to come into order.i was able to update my profile,social and public picture etc.good thing.
now you have to adress this stupid file size limit and character limit in the uploads.i guess then the exodus will stop.i would hate to have to go.because my wife (utebigsmile) and me took renderosity as second home so to speak,as wewent through some tragedies (1995 and 2006) we lost two kids and renderosity was the place that helped us overcome all the grief,and gave us a reason to carry on if i may say so.and we dont want our second home to burn down so please dear staff take into consideration the customers wishes.for my part i can say i feel better today than a couple days ago,things seem to improve poco a poco

yeah and about the character formatting,so it does not shows all the text packed up in a pile (lol)

well it does not looks to bad on my 7" tablet,but i am not the type of guy that buys my stuff on the go.i prefer sitting on my desktop,download,install and play instantly!!!

I understand and appreciate all the hard work you guys have done but you released this upgrade far too soon. Imagine buying a car from the dealership. You take delivery but there are no wheels and no engine. The dealer tells you to be patient, they will be providing them in due course.

I normally received 15 ebots alerting me to new posts by my favorite artists. Today, two. Let's see if things improve.

Just an update on where we are today: The site security notices from your browsers may happen on a few pages outside of the Marketplace, but the security is really only important in the Marketplace and we are working to fix those notices on the community pages. It's a bit of work since we converted the entire site to https, but some images or ads were uploaded as http on our old site and it can take some time to correct those as we come across them. The artist homepage links now go to the proper place. FreeStuff button/links have been fixed. White pages/upload issues should all be resolved now. And, the premium tutorials/videos are all working again. Profile Avatars and the date picker in the profile are working again, too. And, ebots should be fixed. If you are missing ebots still, please let us know which specific ones you are missing (forum, wishlist, etc)

The gallery image size allowance will be updated soon to allow 4000x4000 full size images (like the old site). But please remember that those large images will still be re-sized for the gallery page layout and members will have to click on them to see the full size (and likely have to do a bit of scrolling). We are also going to bring back the ability to auto-create a thumbnail for you. That may be several business days before we can get that working well. Many of the auto-create thumbnails from the old site are some of the fuzzy thumbs that members have been complaining about, and members are encouraged to update those.

We didn't remove gallery images, but it took a while a move them all over and some may still not be displaying properly if the original full size was over the 1200x1500. We are working on that and hope to have those properly displaying the larger image sizes soon. And, the writer’s gallery has been updated to allow 25,000 characters.
Chat will be back (probably next week) but it was not technically compatible with our new back-end servers/software and is getting worked on. There are a lot of little things being worked on and already resolved.

Please continue to send us links and screenshots of any weirdness you encounter, and we will be glad to look into it and fix bugs. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while get the kinks worked out.
