Hey everyone,

To those of you who put images in your signature: If your image source is pulling from "http:" and not "https:" you are breaking the ssl security on the site. We have automatically changed all of those to "https" to address customer concerns. Please update your images accordingly. Let us know if you have any questions.

Just curious. How do you create a signature in this new format?

Just tried for an hour.
I tried using images from HTTP doesn't work as described.
Tried using an external HTTPS host which doesn't work either. Image shows in preview but only shows the link in the forum signature and not the image.

Or am I missing something, can you add an image to yours to demonstrate the process pls tutone1234?

Razor - you are correct. Image uploads are disabled through that editor now. You can create links, but because this feature was being abused with offsite images and links, the image upload/insertion was disabled in this release. My apologies for the confusion there. We did have to remove the existing unsecure images due to the fact that they were breaking the SSL protection for the site throughout many forum posts.

So ...is there any way to add an image to your signature now? That is sort of a key feature to signatures. No links ... just an image.

New avatar will not upload in my "settings". File name shows beside browse but update leaves all as was...new avatar does not upload. Help?
