We posted in the Prime forum stating for those who are unhappy with the Prime and would like a refund, we will gladly issue one to you in the form of in-store credit or a Marketplace gift certificate.
Please contact me with the order number of the Prime membership and I will take care of this for you right away.

Sorry, but I don't like your new Website. I have to search after every I want to see or look for. Also I can't find any emailadresses to the Support on this new site - why? This is an important thing which belongs at first on a new Website. I don't want to tell about my problems in an open area, where everybody can read with.
Also I'm not happy with the new Prime Membership since the beginnung of Rero's Prime.
I'd rather pay a little more for the annual membership and it continues to have a free choice of $ 3.50 items. That was for me so far the only incentive to take out such a membership. Unfortunately, I found out about the changes until I had already completed the membership. If Rero changes nothing in this regard, so I'm going to my membership, unfortunately, can not extend. Since the changes for me there's no incentive to buy.
