Subject: Paypal buttion not working

Hello. I just placed an order (112762437) and am trying to pay with paypal. When I click the paypal button it tries to load a new page but fails, and just hangs there.

The fun continues... Now the item is no longer in my cart, and is listed in my account as purchased, but with ayment pending. How am I supposed to pay for the item if it is no longer showing in my cart?

This is really silly, considering that I used my Render Rewards to cover most of the cost, and there is only a balance due of 16 cents!

Ok, I just found the paypal button for the item on my account page, but it doesn't work either.

Are you using Firefox?

Try re-logging in with Internet Explorer. That used to solve the Paypal issue for me. But I haven't made any purchases since the entire site redesign, so I don't know if that resolves it now.

papasmrfe,

Please try using Google Chrome as you should be able to pay without a problem.

Can you please tell me what browser you are using and having trouble with?

Thank you!

Also if you are using Firefox and have Ad Block, turn off Ad Block either for Rendo or that page only. It has something to do with updates between FF and AB that aren't playing nice with one another.
