thanks for the heads up. My internet connection can be patchy and temperamental. It helps to have things local.
Available on Amazon for the Kindle E-Reader Monster of the North and The Shimmering Mage
Today I break my own personal record for the number of days for being alive.
Check out my store here or my free stuff here
I use Poser 13 and win 10
Yes I find having things local often very useful I try and save written tutorials when I find them locally in case they later disappear from the net

So much prefer written to video, anyway. But then, I'm old.

I am maybe just as old but you do need something to keep the grey matter working

I so often prefer written over video especially when it comes to finding out how something should work and it just comes in handy wont comment on the old part

Nice! I'm running it through Calibre to convert it to Kindle format right now. Something new to read at lunch at work. :)
That sounds like a good idea thanks for bringing it up

I must be in minority here, but I usually prefer video tutorials over written. Most of the time, I find that written tutorials are always lacking something essential to complete the job. I know it depends on who writes them of course, I'm just speaking from overall experience. It seems at least with most videos, when done well, you can at least SEE the person doing the thing in front of you, and it often helps solve issues when they occur, because you can kind of see what they pressed in the UI, or what they selected from the video. Written sometimes skips steps, or glosses over things, and often I get stuck on them.
Thanks, Lobo, for posting this though! When it comes to documentation like this, I like to print out stuff like this, and have it handy.

Have found that the Blender Wiki manual has now been made available as an downloadable HTML document that you can store on your own PC/Mac. I feel this really useful since I often refer back to the manual when I am stump on something. You can download a version for yourself below
