Can you give us a little more information? What item(s) are you trying to buy? Do you get any error messages? Keep in mind not all Prime items are 3.50 anymore, after the changes in August, many of them are now much more.

Shopping Cart Items do not meet the Minimum Purchase Price of $3.50

Ah I believe Rendo has a policy about 3.50 being the minimum value of your cart, so if your total is less than that, it won't go through. You probably have to add another item.
