Its a picture I made for the efed I do posers in. The announcers name is Pimply faced interm kid. Just thought I would ask for your opinions on how the acne looks. Basically I took a micheal texture, in photoshop made a bunch of big red dots, then some smaller ones. Set the layer to have an emboss and a color burn then lightly smudged all of them in a circler motion to get the look I wanted. The pic is a straight render, no after effects

That was the intention. Acne is not exactly the most attractive look. Thanks for your reply.

Something's not quite right... most teens (and adults) with acne also have some redness around the pimples which fades gently. That leaves some areas of the face generally redder than the base color. Remember to cluster the pimples together on the chin, forehead and cheeks (not too many), but the nose usually only deserves one or two... On the nose, they are much more like large red areas than discrete pimple bumps...
