Hello everybody
I have rarely spoken in any of the forums although I have been a member since 1999. But I hope to participate more in the future. My problem now is that I have tried to change my email here on renderosity for three day, but it simply doesn't work.
I go to the form for changing email here on my settings. And Renderosity sends a confirmation mail to my new address, with a link to click on to confirm my new address. When I click that link it takes me to the frontpage of Renderosity. All fine, but when I check out the current email address, it is still the same old. Have tried it for several time, with different browsers, (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), but the result is still the same.
I have sent a mail to admin here at renderosity two days ago, and have yet to get a reply. I have changed broadband provider so, soon my old address will stop working. Have any one here have any suggestions on what to do?
