Hello,

I tried several times to download OOT_SexyPigtails_G2FG3F_3_179351.zip from my order, the file gets downloaded, but cannot be unzipped, the file seems not complete (around 18MB filesize). Could you please take a look?

Oh, and I loaded the hair into Daz Studio, (thought the missing zip was not important) and while loading DazStudio calls for a file /data/outoftouch/Zoey Hair/Zoey Hair Genesis 3 Female/ZoeyHair_112133.dsf. Maybe because of the missing zip?

Ok Nadine. The correct file should now be in place. OOT_SexyPigtails_G2FG3F_3_179608.zip Let me know if this fixes your problems 😄

Yes, I was able to download that zip now, thanks BUT while loading the hair DAZ Studio asks for the following file: /data/outoftouch/Zoey Hair/Zoey Hair Genesis 3 Female/ZoeyHair_112133.dsf

That would be an issue with the zoey hair product. That file says in the readme it is located here OOT_ZoeyHair_Genesis3FemaledataoutoftouchZoey HairZoey Hair Genesis 3 Female ZoeyHair_112133.dsf

Try to locate it to direct DS to that file

If you continue to have issues with that contact the vendor via sitemail and see if they can help with that issue :-)

I don't own the Zoey Hair, and as far as I can see isn't that hair required for the Sexy Pigtails, or am I mistaken? That's why I wonder.

now that is a good question because you are right it is not a required product. Or at least it is not specified that it is. so let me dig a little more :)

I couldn't find anything in the files related to zoey either. Reach out to Outoftouch and see if he can help you with this. He might be able to understand what is going on and be able to assist you.
