sit files and mat files ?? downloaded the rose from the freestuff and it is a sit?? file?? Thankyou in advance. JP

also...I have searched for a free model of a vehicle...no luck so far...do any of you have an idea where I could locate one...just a regular car...I have 3 teenagers who just got their licenses last week and want to do a picture showing the struggle for the one car we own...:o) I can't afford to purchase one right now so it would have to be free.Thankyou for any link you might provide. JP

Car Models can be found at http://www.maxnet.ru/aks/models_R.html sit files are macintosh compression files, you can open them on a PC but you need a freeware utility called Alladin Expander http://www.aladdinsys.com/expander/ mat files are pose files but rather than altering the figure position they alter textures on the figure. Mat files are useless to you unless you have the figure or item they are intended for. Hope that helps a bit

.sit files are compressed archives. Under ( http://www.stuffit.com/expander/ ) is an programm to expand them. Sharkey has some fine cars. Just search after 'sharkey' in the freestuff or go to the link above.

Thankyou so much!!! I have not really used anything that didn't come with poser...not really sure where to place things in the program...but am learning slowly...:)also have Cal's discs but his cars are from too long ago...beautiful though...anyway...again..thanks!! JP
