Each material zone gets it's own toonid number by default. For example, the body has chest, abdomen, hip etc, and even though they use the same texture map they are separate material zones and so get their own number. So each zone needs to be adjusted to have the same toonid number. Also be aware that the toon outline follows the outline of the mesh, so if you use hair that uses transparency maps the toon outline won't necessarily be what you want.

I like the toon outline render for gen 4 models, but with gen 3 models, I often get extra lines near body segments. Is this common? I'm using Poser Pro 2014.
