Can I make a box, and make one the top of the box one texture, and the side of the box different texture? Is it possible? Thanks

what do you mean by a box mesh with multi texture skin? How do you do that?This applies to all shapes with different sides too, not just boxes. Thanks

Use UVMappr, it will allow you to create a 6 sided box and generate a texture template that you can paint your texture on and have it appear like the above render of the Bryce 5 box.
