Does anyone know where I can get snow morphing ground for Poser 7 and clumps of snow to put on trees and buildings? Thank you

You can get Snarlgribbly's EZMat, which does an emulation of his "Snow Machine" python script, here: http://www.runtimedna.com/EZMat.html Snarlgribbly's site is gone/taken down, but someone around here has re-hosted all his great scripts. You can find his separate "Snow Machine" python script, which does a wonderful job of creating realistic looking snow that has fallen on top of objects and the like, wherever that it. (Someone will probably followup with a link to those rehosted files.)

For terrain, Poser comes with some terrain that you could easily adapt to look like "snow", using textures and the morph tools. Get the Snow Machine script or use the EXMats script to emulate snow that has fallen on it and you're in business. :)

Be advised that snarrly has stated that this script, and most of his others; will not work in P11 or P11Pro causing damage to the mats. Snow machine is a great script and I am sad it will cease usefulness in the new Poser.

Does anyone know if EZSkin2 will work in 11?

Just got an answer: It will work fine on P10 and earlier shaders. It only ruins P11 style shaders. Our legacy content will be fine.

Microcosm sold over at RDNA has morphing ground planes and a wide variety of textures. They are older and in their Deep Freeze. You may need to tweak the textures a bit for newer version of Poser but the I find many of the textures and the ground planes to be very useful. Terradome and Terradome 2 are also good add ons for creating land inside Poser.

You do have some basic ground planes for Microcosm in the included content. They are limited but will give an idea of how they work.
