Welcome to Renderosity! Your downloads have now been activated.

To download your products, please login to Renderosity, go to 'My Account' under your Avatar or username in the top, right hand side of the page.

Click on your order number in which you will then see the name of each product and the zip files pertaining to them under the title of each one. You must click on each zip file to download them: (here is the link provided for your convenience: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/account.php

New customers don't seem to be alone in being hamstrung by this issue. I have spent literally thousands of dollars here, and after a physical address change, I find myself unable to claim my PayPal purchases today. Never mind the fact that DAZ never seems to suffer from these annoying boogaboos. Hope someone can look into it, please. Not the first time it's happened to me. Order #112802692

A perusal of the forum suggests that this is a recurrent issue. Someone needs to resolve it.

My files are also paid for and undelivered and marked pending. Do we need to ask someone to activate everything we purchase before we can download?

I am having the same problem for items just purchased. Order #: 112805850, Status: Paid, Unshipped (download pending) · Purchased on Dec 21, 2015. It seems this issue has been on going and has yet to be resolved. I'd like some assistance with this problem and hope the overall problem gets resolved so it does not affect future purchases or purchase decisions.

There is no issue as this is our first time buyer's policy. We have this in place to cut down on fraud and manually verify your order details and activate your account as long as all information can be verified and is correct.

Same problem here... "download pending". It's Christmas time and I've to work with what I've purchased. I cannot understand this policy of waiting some activation after purchasing with Paypal. This is very annoying. Hope not to wait until the end of the Holidays. Very disappointed. Lack of professionality.

This may be to protect new buyers, but it is rather confusing. Is there a confirmation email to notify a new buyer when they can download? Let's face it, many people do not read the FAQ before joining and buying for the first time. There should be a notification during the customer's first transaction that there is a waiting period for verification on first time buyers. The system was able to show a pop up for a first time buyer coupon, so why not add this information as well? This information is pretty important and should be presented clearly to every first time buyer. It would prevent a lot of confusion and frustration for everyone. The customer would understand and the staff would not have to explain it over and over.

On that note, I would like to have my downloads available soon. The order status is paid and unshipped for order 112808961.

I just joined and made a paypal purchase. Order#: 112811171 I need my downloads activated I am working tonight and I need this for my project now.

Did not realize I wouldn't be able to download after purchase.
