Tried to add new profile pic which is 200x194....Will not accept..29.3kb

Advise how to get it to accept

Have you tried making the profile pic squared? 200x200 or 194x194? That is the only idea I have... Sorry not to be more help... ~Jamie

Also I wanted to bring up when you update your profile image make sure to refresh to even hard refresh your browser to see the updated profile image. The image will kinda get stuck in your browser temp files. :)
