Subject: Content will not all show up in Poser 11

Hi: I installed Tempesta3d's Annika for Pauliine from RDNA into poser 11. I checked the spelling of the files and made sure she was installed. She was right there with Hope, Tempesta3d's other Pauline girl. But she won't show up in the pose library. I tried refreshing and rebooting etc. to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this so Annika shows up in Poser 11 pose library? Thanks

Suggestion...Try looking up tempesta3d and see what it shows...The search engine doesn't work for me..Sometimes I have to use the read me to see how vendor listed the item.

Explain how you came to this conclusion. The reason I'm asking is that people make assumptions all the time about folders in Library, vs. folders in the file system.

Use the Show in Explorer link in the library. Does it take you to the place you think it should in the file system? Do you see the two characters in the same place there?

Here's what I'm referring to. I look in my V4 runtime at my Danae folder. I see four characters. I click Show in Explorer and Explorer opens and I see four folders just as in the Library.

What do you see?

Check the Readme for the exact location, unfortunately at RDNA one can't read the Readme of a Product, so you have to check it.

Hey! Yours actually says "Show in Explorer"!! Mine says "Show in Finder," even though I've never even owned a Mac! However, it works as expected to open Windows Explorer...

This is not evidence of where Poser is looking.

Starting from the library, click Show In Explorer (or Finder - whatever it says.) THEN what do you see?
