Yes, I am using Poser Pro 7.03.192 or I should say I was using it till my system crash and I can't find my original disk and cannot find a copy for sale on the Internet. So I was wandering if my Poser Pro 7 stuff will work on the current release of Poser and will anything special will have to be done in order to get my files to work under new release of Poser.

Not 100% sure, but my guess is that it will work just fine and most likely better. :)

I'm still using the runtime I started when I used Poser 4 and I have Poser Pro 11 now. The only issue is if there are only RSR files for the icons, they will all become the shrugging man. But they'll load and preform correctly. There is a utility that will convert most RSRs to PNGs for you... https://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/?item_id=57197

Then, all you have to do is map your old runtime to your new install and have fun!
