Subject: Paypal not working?

When I try to pay by paypal the webpage doesn't change from the default credit card form.

Hello,

Please be sure you have installed the latest version of whatever browser you are trying to use.

If you are using IE, please choose a different browser since they are not supporting IE any longer.You should not have any issues with Chrome for sure and you should be okay using FF as well.

Also, please be sure to hard refresh your system and clear your cookies, cache, and check your extensions as there are certain toolbar extensions that do not work with our site.

Downloaded and installed chrome, did hard refresh on system. Don't really know how to clear cookies and cache. Still not working. John

My last attempts were with google chrome version 48.0.2564.116, which says it is up to date. As I said this was a new install. John

Hi John,

I just found out one of the programmers did a release and they are working on getting it fixed.

It may take a little while as they are on their way home however it will get done as soon as possible.
