Subject: Retrieval of Model Portfolio

Touchwood ( ) posted Mon, 29 February 2016 at 9:40 AM ยท edited Mon, 02 September 2024 at 9:26 PM

Hi

I have suffered from a catastrophic system crash that has resulted in the loss of everything accumulated over the last 10 yrs including my model portfolio and programs submitted and items/programs bought, including backups. I am just asking if there is any way that these may be retrieved from you in view of the fact that many have disappeared from both the market place and clearance. Is there a way to re-download Programs bought as well (ie Poser 9) my last purchase

Many Thanks

Hello,

Please click on your Avatar or Username in the top, right hand corner of the page. You will then see the drop down and you will then want to click on "My Account".

You will see all of your order numbers in which you will click on each one to see the items you purchased, and then click on all zip files under each title of the product to be sure you get all items.

You have access to EVERYTHING you purchase from us for as long as you are a member of Renderosity ๐Ÿ˜„

I have also reset all your downloads for you to be sure you have access to them.

Thank you and have a wonderful day ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Thanks for that. I have managed to retrieve all of my models from other sources apart from the Chastise Lancaster. Is there a way to retrieve this from yourselves?

Wonderful! Smiley: Thank you for letting me know!

You can purchase CD burns however it can get very expensive because only 10 items can fir on a CD and it costs $15.00 per CD.

Have a wonderful rest if the week and weekend ๐Ÿ˜„
