Subject: Purchased download file not in cart

Made a vendor purchase here in Renderosity and in my "purchased item" cart there is supposed to be a zip file to download. There is no link to click. Does anyone have an idea where the download could be? Also in the item description it reads (download pending) Help? Anyone? Ty! ~M

Is this your first purchase? If so, they have to verify your payment information before the download becomes available. Once that is done, you will be able to download your purchase. That is only for your first purchase, subsequent purchases will be available for download immediately.

Thank you! The first purchase however was using PayPal Credit. Does renderosity still need to verify?

As far as I know they still have to verify it.

Note that with PayPal it isn't paid automatically when the order has been confirmed by Renderosity, you'll have to click the PayPal button that shows up afterwards to make the payment at PayPal. I did overlook that myself once.
