Hi All, I am working on about 5 stories. At some point I decided to focus on one story at a time. I am working on the "Real Story of the 3 Blind Mice", a real wacky story about a guy and gal and good and bad rodents, an evil tree and enslaved flower people and the story I am focusing presently on involving magician who avoids using magic, and a shape shifting sorceress who is all to happy to use her magic. I would love to make all the stories into graphic novels. But you all know how it goes, you can only spread your self so thin.
It's no secret that I'm working on the sequel to my first novel as featured in my sig.

I've published over 250 chapters/short stories in the writers gallery on Renderosity.
All the years I've been on Renderosity and I never knew there was a writer's gallery. Would it not be an idea to have a link displayed on the Writer's Forum heading similar to the Bryce Forum gallery and others?
Not a prolific writer, my favourite genre encompasses horror and the occult. I attempt to submit at least one short story each month to a blog maintained by several horror writers, FridayFrights - http://www.fridayfrights.ws/
Current works in progress: From A Shallow Grave - a novel in which the protagonist, while clearing an overgrown section of garden, unearths a human skull. An Angel In Stilettos - novella. A guardian angel, in a moment of sexual indiscretion, loses her ward to dark forces. When he is reincarnated into a post-apocalyptic world where humans co-exist with demons, elves, and other mythical creatures, the angel must locate the lost soul. Humans, however, not aware that they have a soul, the only time it becomes visible to her are at the moment of death, or that moment of sexual orgasm described as a miniature death. Her only options are, either to comfort every man during the final moments of his life, or...

I've written a few fantasy stories, a prequel for which is posted in the writer's gallery here. And a second prequel is forth coming. I've kind of written them out of order so I'm trying to get the first one finalized so I can make sure all the following stories that are already written agree on the rules I've made up as I continued writing.

@mysteral The writers gallery is linked to from the gallery home landing page, just like all the other galleries. I'll see if we can't get a link added on the writers forum landing page. It took forever just to get a motivational quote added.
Edit: I emailed admin asking to add a link inside the writers forum to the writers gallery.

Hello! I'd be happy to answer those questions.
• Currently I'm writing a post at a really great writer's forum somewhere... Less currently (or more currently, if I'm writing something else as you are reading this)...(isn't time amazing), I'll be writing any one of a number of different story segments and ideas, manifestos, instructions, ransom notes and possibly grocery lists. I think I need some more bacon... I'm really glad this thread reminded me. I'm also working on several books I never intend to finish, one of which is a true story set in New York City in the mid 80s and involves time travel, Ancient Greek cats, an evil seven foot tall ferret trying to rule the galaxy and a bag of siopao pork buns. It's very boring and entirely uninformative.
• Am I writing a book? Possibly... Or a really long short story... I don't really know what qualifies as a book anymore, as there is probably no way in hell anyone in their right mind would commit my thoughts to paper... Perhaps a courtroom stenographer in a lengthy deposition, but in the traditional sense of a book... I doubt it... I tend to think of books as physical objects you can throw at people after having experienced them for their literary worth. You can't really throw an Ebook at someone... perhaps metaphorically, but it's too expensive to go about indiscriminately hucking tablets and laptops willy-nilly to and fro. I think that is an aspect of literature that is sorely lacking in the transition to electronic media... Although I am currently working on a method using 3D printing to fill that gap.
• My topics... They vary... Science, History, Psychology, Medicine... None of which I know anything about, but judging from the bulk of the information available on the Internet and through popular media, I doubt anyone will really notice. For instance... Did you know that in his youth, before becoming the Prime Minister of Englandonia in 1868, Benjamin Disraeli was a professional penguin wrestler? And for six years after his retirement he sold neck beards door to door? The first operational fusion generator was invented in 1874 by Adam West, great-great-great grandmother to Adam West, actor and eccentric pogo stick advocate who is well know for his portrayal of Batman in the 1960s documentary series of the same name. Did you know that you can lower your auto insurance rates by taking advice from a Gecko? Did you know doctors don't want you to know that Bolivian Diggleberry fruits are the new super-fruit, full of super duper uberantioxidants that help you burn fat so fast your underwear will likely burst into flames moments after swallowing just one? You probably never knew any of those facts before I made them up moments ago. Although I loathe the majority of misinformation and thinly veiled infomercial articles that populate the Internet like corpulent tribble hookers on a gaudy rundown boulevard, I applaud it for being tawdry and misinformed enough to allow me to write stuff like the first part of this eclectically structured sentence. As you see from this rubbish, I'll write about anything for any reason and no reason at all... I like to write and view words somewhat like play dough... You can smoosh them together, mould them into new shapes, roll them into brownish balls with clumps of pet hair and carpet fibers in them, stick them in your ears or make anything out of them that you wish... The more the better, and who cares if it doesn't look like a dinosaur with a cowboy hat? This isn't a fine art gallery, it's the Internet and billions of people and cats can read your words and most likely, at least one of them is bound to see that cowboy hat wearing triceratops.
To be honest, I have no idea if this was helpful or not, because I put down my iPad several times and forgot where this was going and to some degree, what it was about. But I went right on ahead with whatever came to mind, regardless of that fact. And I suppose that is the crux of my writing style which I like to call "Fractal Writing"... One- because it's as complex and random as a fractal equation appears to be, Two- because it sounds like it could be a real method or style and Four- it could continue infinitely, long after most people have lost interest in looking at it.
Thank you for having this awesome forum and giving me the opportunity to do whatever the hell it is I do with words and in a public forum no less... It has been an honor to be here today.
Cheers and beers, Vic Cook.

Hello everyone-
As a writer, I'm curious what article/short story/novel you're currently working on! Do you plan on writing a book? What are your ideas/topics, etc? We'd love to know! And, since I'm a writer as well, I'm especially curious to know!
We look forward to hearing your ideas! Thanks so much!
