Does anyone know of a good Eastern dragon model for Poser? There is the Millenium dragon thing, but the model is rathe routdated... does anywhere exist something newer and better?

I found a cute one by Sanzi, who has a Japanese website full of his original 3D CG freebies for Poser and DS use. I can't link to the site, unfortunately, due to new rules in place for the Renderosity forum.

There is an Eastern Dragon at DAZ. Go to their site, and after the .com in the address bar, paste in:

That's the one I have, it's not very good. I know there is anew one at DAZ, but that's only for the studio. I begin tio fear there is no good poser-compatible model out there.

How about this one? https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/hfs-great-dragon-for-subdragon/94937 Check daz for subdragon for the free base. There's some extra hair there to make it more eastern.

I got the old DAZ one as part of a bundle, but never used it. It seems pretty decent and bends quite well considering its vintage. I ran EZSkin3 on it, and did a quick render in Superfly (I scaled it up, so please pardon the shadows on the skydome... 😆 ) EDIT: A better render...

I wish there were more textures for it, although I came across some that I can't link to at Share CG....

Check out the dragon for the Chinese Zodiac over at CP. It's older (it dates back to P6) so you may need to adjust the materials.
