Subject: Glitched Texture Transformer coupon mailout

Earlier today Renderosity apparently sent out coupons for previous buyers of Texture Transformer products, which would have applied as 40% off on top of the current 20% off sale price, which I work out as being $5.26 each. Unfortunately, whoever sent out these coupons messed them up badly, as they were badly glitched and showed up in my e-mail with the images as data only, so they went straight into the spam filter. Unfortunately, I discovered this only AFTER buying the new text transformer add on bundle just a few minutes ago, at a cost of $7.12 each. :( Is there a way to get this fixed and get the $3.75 difference re-applied as credit?

Hello Matt,

The coupon is not good on the bundle deal, and that was stated in the email. The email did not have images, but some people reported seeing the email with all the html tags instead of just the text. That is usually caused by how your email client is set. I am aware that the coupons are not good on bundles. However, I was not even aware of the coupon at the time I made the purchase, and I don't regularly visit the B3D forum. I was asking to have the transaction redone using the coupons and the individual pricing, which shouldn't be a problem as the payments were made via a Renderosity Gift Certificate rather than a CC. I also wanted to make you aware that you had sent out a faulty set of e-mails, as this is what they looked like in g-mail:

My email came in HTML also. I was able to suss out the coupon code, however. Thanks for the discount. I hope you can help Matt out and keep your customer satisfied.
