That been said, I eventually got that order and payment confirmation, about half a day later. The time stamps seems to indicate it was indeed held up somewhere, but I can't pinpoint where.

These issues often are caused by your email provider, since many of them block or delay our emails. We will double check everything on this end, but please make sure to put renderosity.com on your email whitelist.
Just want to say I'm not having any problems with any emails from here and haven't had for a long time so it's probably problems outside of Renderosity yes.

I've been already wondering for some time why Rendo had stopped sending out newsletters, but today I bought something, and while I got the payment notification from Paypal, I never got the traditional order confirmation and payment emails from Renderosity.
I do still get those useless "Exclusive Vendor 3-hour Sale" announcements though, but only about once or twice a week. I had this problem already happen in the past; Could you please get it unstuck once again?
