Thanks, Lobo. I've been a subscriber of 3dArtist for several years now. One of my favorite 3d mags by far; great publishing. I also have a profile and gallery on their website. Glad to see them paying attention to Blender. I have to say there is usually always, at least, one article or feature in every issue about Blender. Even if you don't use Blender, there's typically useful info there as well.

I used to buy this at the local Barnes & Noble but about a year ago they stopped carrying 3D Artist, 3D World and a couple other art magazines I bought most months in the store - apparently I was the only one buying them! Just ordered this one though - I wish their website had a digital version of the magazine though, it only allowed ordering of a physical copy.
I had thought about getting a subscription through Amazon (the price is amazing and it includes a free month) but their digital Kindle subscription says that it is not compatible with Kindle for PC (a lot of magazines are not, which is bizarre since my laptop has much better graphics than any tablet or phone... who wants to read a magazine on a phone!?).
Barnes & Noble does carry a digital verision that can be viewed on their Nook tablet and the subscription price is nearly half the newsstand price. Due to my disability I could no longer get to B&N monthly to pick up my favorite mags and when their nooks were replace with Samsung tablets it was a win win for me sorry not an Apple fan. If you are on Windows 8 or 10 B&N has a free Nook app to read their digital content on your PC there is a older version of the Nook app that works on Windows 7 but does not read all their digital content but is limited on some. Also there is a free software called Calibre that will let you convert most digital content into either E-pub or Mobi and to PDF which then you can read on PC

Just a heads up the upcoming issue of 3D Artist magazine will be focusing on Blender there will be tutorial files for animations, nodes, shaders and more so if you live in the UK you should see it on Newsstands soon I have to wait till end of month till it shows up in my nook library lol but is usually available on US newsstands around April 5
