Subject: my Item list not sorting properly

when i sort my Items by order# or purchase date, it doesnt show my recent purchases the page 1 to 50 starts at 2015-03-02

i bought stuff March 2016, November 2015

yeah. cant sort my list to show newest purchases. i have to search for product by name or filter by vendor. if i can remember it.

just bought from the mairy hair sale,

sorting by purchase order# descending or date descending, starts with 2015 dates, shows no 2016.

.<

intolerable glitch 😠

Can you please tell me what browser you are using because I just checked again and whether I am searching in my orders or by item list, it is showing 2016 as it should.

It does not matter if I'm searching newest to oldest or oldest to newest...I am using Chrome

am i the only one with this?

i cleared my cache, cookies.

glitch wont stop me from shopping, but is the oddest quirk.

sorts work fine the 2 other main stores - merging to a single entity >.<

i'm at my dayjob compy chrome Version 49.0.2623.110 m Win7-64

same thing is happening. sorting by date desc doesn't bring latest to the top.

I just logged in as you MistyLaraPrincess and when I go to "My Account", it is listed from newest to oldest. I can also sort by oldest to newest and it works as it should.

When I click on "Item List" it shows alphabetically. I then sort by "oldest to newest" and it works. I also selected "newest to oldest" and it worked.

Please be sure you are running the latest version of Chrome and if it still doesn't work, I am truly at a loss as we cannot duplicate it and nobody else seems to be having this problem.

this is what i see on 2 totally different computers.

itemlist sorted date descending starts at 2015, and my Purchase history showing 2016 purchases.

Question: What method are you using to sort them? Do you click on the 'purchased' arrows to sort them? In that case it will ONLY sort the items ON THE CURRENT PAGE!

If you want to sort ALL your purchases, you need to go to where it says 'All items' and choose 'oldest to newest' or 'newest to oldest'. If you are already doing this, disregard my post :)

Okay, so I think there are 2 things you may not know as I logged in as you again and seen everything correctly😄

When you are searching by "item list" you will see the updated products at the top as when they are updated, they have a new release date.

Also, if you click on the "purchased" arrows, you have to do it it each page as if you do not, everything after the first page will be mixed dates.

We have a few ideas to improve this fuction however they are not high on the priority list right now as we are focusing more on "bugs" first and then will focus on these types of improvements.
