I just joined Renderosity and I bought a product from your store but the download is still pending. The payment it's already done.

Could you please activate my downloads?

I have a similar problem. I made my first purchase and can't download it.

Is there something new customers need to do to actually receive the products they've already paid for ?

I have the same "problem". I was thinking the solution is just to wait, but since i read this forum and saw a big amount of these reports I'm not so sure anymore.

I have exactly the same problem. First purchase, doesn't download. The purchase was yesterday, March 29.
Order#: 112847285 Date: Mar 29, 2016 Status: Paid, Unshipped

PayPal: 66.50 USD
