This is always the problem with the WD. We are hoping that Meta will include a 'Drop all frames to floor' function in later versions of Poser. Unfortunatly the best way to do this at the moment is 'Drop to Floor' on each individual frame. It isn't to tedious if you use the keyboard shortcut. Ctrl+D Colm...
Trouble is, she puts her foot FLAT on the ground, regardless of whether she has heels on or not. That's really the problem - not her distance above or below the floor. If you see what I mean.... The shoes being parented to her feet doesn't help either. Is there some way way of making her shoes a part of the feet instead that might get around this? :]FishNose
Here are two suggestions that may help you in your quest (from my own PERSONAL experience) a)Make your animations so that they 'creatively' do not show the feet or b)Make Posette wear flats. Because as you state "she places her foot flat on the ground" no matter what kind of shoes she is wear the problem is that when the 'human' foot or in this case the 'virtual' foot is flat...this means the 'shoe' is not. In real life when a woman is standing with high heels her feet are at an angle, NOT flat on the ground. If someone creative can devise a means to 'trick' the WD into thinking the foot is flat while it is really at the angle of a foot in high heels...then that shall be the answer my friends. If you look a few posts down (sorry I didn't make a mac version..gulp - but the original 57+mb file IS Quicktime) you could peek at my movie if you want to see how I did it. I didn't show any real walking were you could see Lady Ace's feet. Only stand alone shots... PAN~
Wait, wait, wait! I just discovered that Hellborn's WWGL figure (wears red latex) does EXACTLY what I want my Posette to do! She walks on her high heels in WD!!! She was posted on free stuff, I think, about 6 weeks ago or so. Very cute. I'm not enough of a Poser expert to understand why she does it and not other fems. Anyone care to try her out themselves and see if they can find the key? Try her out with a fair amount of 'sexy walk'. It's a killer! Maybe we have a solution here! :]FishNose

Hi, everybody - When my Posette is barefoot, she walks fine in Walk Des. When I put heels on her, she goes on the same way, simply putting her heels down and pushing the shoes thru the floor. How do I get the Walk Des to understand that the shoes' heels are the new contact surface with the floor? Anyone got an idea? Thanx :]FishNose
