I keep getting an error message when I try and delete an image from my gallery, then the image is not deleted.

The www.renderosity.com page isn’t working www.renderosity.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

I need to purge out some old images. Any help appreciated. Thanks

There are two ways to delete an image, and I just tried both ways (on images from my own gallery) and both ways worked fine, so I'm not sure what the issue might be.

500 errors are server side - could be a temporary problem with the server which will disappear if you try it again

Thanks for the response. I simply went to the EDIT IMAGE option for my currently posted image, selected the DELETE ART button. I get a pop-up box that says 'Are you sure you want to delete the report? This cannot be undone." The word report is confusing - not sure what's going on there. Then I get the message as described above - http error 500.

At the bottom of each thumb, on your gallery page, is a little red icon with a picture of a trash can. Try deleting it that way and see if that works.

FrankT - Thanks. I've been trying for most of the morning. I agree - probably a server issue, but if it just worked for wheatpenny?

I'm using Chrome and just tried Firefox with the same result.

Wheatpenny - thanks!!! That worked. But i got a different popup message "Are you sure you want to delete the image?". the message from the edit page was "delete the report" . Maybe some web/tech person should have a look.
