Photography F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 13 3:04 pm)
I can't see you in the reflection. BUT aren't you supposed to pose next to it? The color seems correct. But the decal seems a bit too low. I don't think it should overlap the edge of the car that way. However it does appear to be a real car not a toy or model. Any advice what we are supposed to be critiquing? Bsteph
Bsteph, I mean what's your impression overall ? It's scanned from a print, so it's not very sharp, but I was just wonder what you think about the composition (bad, good..should I crop, should I have choosen another detail, zoomed in....or should I have shot more of the car, etc). I'm curious what other people think about the choices I made to take this photo, since I can't really look at this in an objective way cause Ferrari means a lot to me, and most of all every photographer has it's on view on things :) Hope you get the idea. Alpha, hehe, me too ;) Well, yes indeed, it was at a whole Ferrari day at a racing track (Zandvoort), so it's crowded with people are cars. It was hard to shoot anything without people or adds in the background.
After viewing the image for a few minutes, I cannot get the object of the photograph except to see car detail. I that respect it is a success! I would have moved to the right or left to get an angle that included that part of the car and more. Cars have only two states of being. As static beauty of damn fast projectiles.
